About

The aroace flag first appeared on Tumblr in December 2018, by a user named “aroaesflags”. It was a design that was made in consultation with other aroace members of Tumblr, and went through several design stages.

Although many other aroace flags exist, this is the one that has gained the most traction to represent aroace individuals on networking sites and support forums.
